Vision & Control

Integrated scanners continuously monitor strandfill “donut” geometry and automatically balance compound pressure and flow in real time. This closed-loop control minimizes manual adjustment and stabilizes strandfill performance across varying production speeds.

Integrated with the Uniflow Model 4230

When paired with the Uniflow Model 4230 Hot Melt Drum Unloader, the StrandMaster™ delivers controlled strandfill compound application directly at the die station. Together, the system supports:
